BRADLEY BMX LOSES A MEMBER PDF Print E-mail

Last night, Tuesday, June 30, we lost an original member of Bradley BMX.  His name was Robie Tyler. His family owned the Yamaha shop here in Cleveland. He just celebrated his 18th birthday on June 16.  Robie was involved in a motorcycle incident that took his life way too early. He raced our very first season in 2001.  In fact, he raced the inaugural race when he was 9.  Our track will be sending flowers to the funeral home as soon as we have all details. I will update this as soon as we have more information.   Please keep the family in your prayers.

LOST CAMERA- REWARD OFFERED PDF Print E-mail

PLEASE READ Saturday, June 27, Nicole Bennett lost her camera. It was a black Cannon in a black leather case.  Nicole is Jeremiah Ippolitto's mother. His grandmother is the one who brings him out to the track for gate practice and some of the races. She is in the hospital and the pictures on the camera are the only way she is able to see him race. If anyone has seen this camera, or has heard of someone finding one at the track, please give Nicole a call.  Her number is 423-504-3215. She is offering a reward for the return of the camera.

Considering we had so many riders in Delaware, I think 19 motos was a really great turnout for our Race for Life. After receiving our last minute donations, we raised a total of $1877!!! Bradley BMX will add another $123 to the total to make it $2000 going to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Thank you so much for your hard work you put into this. We are very proud to be a part of such a wonderful group of people.

Here are our top 5 fundraisers=Daegan Payne raised $500 and won 2 passes to Six Flags. Hey Daegan, you also got your Grands entry fees paid for!!! Aiden Curran raised $150 and also won 2 passes to Six Flags. Jeremiah Ippolito raised $141 and won a $50 gift certificate to Arcade Bounce. Austin Veach raised $100 and won a $50 gift certificate to Trailhead. Austin Benton rounded out our top 5 with a $50 gift card to GameStop. Congratulations to all our riders who made it out for the race. Every dollar adds up with another dollar to help make a difference in the fight against Leukemia and Lymphoma.

Does your rider enjoy the "little extras" (giveaways, time trials, campouts, etc... )we are doing at the track or should we come to the track to race only?
