WE WILL BE HAVING A "PRE-GRANDS CLINIC" NEXT SATURDAY NOVEMBER 22 AROUND NOON. THE COST IS $25 PER PERSON. THIS WILL ONLY HAPPEN IF WE HAVE ENOUGH RESPONSE BEFOREHAND.

WE WILL BE PROVIDING LUNCH AND DRINKS FOR ALL WHO ATTEND. :)
PLEASE LET EVERYONE YOU KNOW WHO RACES OR WANTS TO START RACING KNOW ABOUT IT SO THEY CAN HAVE A CHANCE TO COME.

THIS CLINIC IS FOR EVERY LEVEL OF RIDER-NOVICE, INTERMEDIATE, AND EXPERT. EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING ON ATTENDING THE GRANDS, YOU AND YOUR KIDS CAN LEARN SOME TRAINING TIPS FOR THE OFF SEASON.

SOME INFO ON THE CHRISTMAS PARADE: SATURDAY DECEMBER 6...EVERYONE ATTENDING MUST BE IN THE GATE AT BRADLEY HIGH SCHOOL BY 3:00PM. YOU MUST WEAR YOUR HELMET-EITHER RACING OR REGULAR HELMET. DECORATE YOUR BIKE WITH GARLAND OR LIGHTS. GET READY TO HAVE FUN. I WILL TRY TO HAVE SOME FLYERS FOR THE KIDS TO HAND OUT IF THEY WANT TO. RANDY AND A FEW OTHERS WILL BE THERE BRIGHT AND EARLY TO SECURE A SPOT CLOSE TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE.

WE ARE VERY EXCITED TO BE THE NEW TRACK OPERATORS. OUR HOPE IS TO TAKE A WONDERFUL TRACK PROGRAM TO AN EVEN BETTER LEVEL. PLEASE EMAIL US WITH SOME IDEAS. I CAN'T GUARANTEE WE WILL BE ABLE TO IMPLEMENT THEM, BUT WE WILL CONSIDER ALL IDEAS. ALSO, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING FOR THE 2009 SEASON, EMAIL US AND LET US KNOW. THE MORE HELP WE HAVE, THE LESS EACH PERSON WOULD NEED TO DO. OUR FIRST CONCERN IS TO BRING IN THE ABA GUYS FOR A TRACK REBUILD. THIS IS GOING TO TAKE ALOT OF WORK ON OUR PARTS, BUT HOPEFULLY WE CAN PERSUADE THEM THAT ITS TIME FOR ONE.

WE WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE GATE PRACTICE ON TUESDAYS UNTIL THE GRANDS. IF IT RAINS, WE WILL RESCHEDULE PRACTICE FOR THURSDAYS. WE'LL GET A 2009 SCHEDULE OUT AS SOON AS WE CAN.

TO EVERYONE GOING TO THE GRANDS, HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME! RACE HARD AND ENJOY YOURSELVES. TRAVEL SAFELY AND WE'LL SEE YA THERE!!!

What a great year!! Thanks to everyone who raced and to all the Volunteers (Randy, Blake, and Missye Lewis, Jody and Jessica Morgan, David and Cindy Veach, Kristen Blevins, Jimmy Parker, and JJ) who make this place ROCK. You guys and gals who race KNOW that BMX is the greatest sport , ever!!

I want to thank everyone for making the last few years as track operator so much fun. I am stepping down and turning the reins over to Missye and Randy Lewis. We have such a good program and I know they are going to take it to the next level and make it one of the best programs in the country!!

I was gonna write some mushy stuff, but I'm not going anywhere (Jesse and I will be racing, of course!) and JJ's not going anywhere. (I don't think wild horses could drag JJ away, I saw them try once!! haha)

Support the Lewis's and JJ as they work to make the program even bigger and better!!

If its not raining on tuesday, there will be gate practice!! If it is raining, then look to thursday for gates!!
